As a non-profit organization we rely heavily on our corporate partners for sponsorship dollars, so we can continue bringing the highest quality professional development opportunities to our members and the Head Start community.
We have developed different ways for our partners to get involved and support the Head Start Community. In addition to usual signage and recognition of your sponsorship, you will also receive 3 months adverting on our website, presentation opportunities, the inclusion of full color ads with our monthly mail outs and an exhibit booth free of charge (a combined value of $1800). The opportunities are as follows:
Opening Luncheons ( $2500 - $ 6000)
Closing Breakfast ($2000 - 3000)
Awards Ceremonies ($1500- 3500)
Coffee Breaks ($500-1000)
Conference Bags ($ 500 - 700)
Printing Costs (Marketing materials, Books, Programs) ($2000)
Giveaways ($700 - 1000)
Advocacy Dollars contribution (min $650)
For contributions over $6000, the web-site advertising opportunity will be extended to 12 months.
Exhibit tables are available at a rate of $ 325 for the first, $125 each additional table top. The Exhibit table includes one free full color ad for the conference book, and one conference registration.
